Eduphoria Formspace, Helpdesk, Workshop

Starting September 4, 2012, Eduphoria will be used for:

    Helpdesk Requests  (also Work Orders for Maintenance)
    Workshop Registration
    Forms submission (only Technology forms at first)

Principals
(and other approvers):
There are two areas in Eduphoria where you will need to go in and Approve (or Reject) requests: Formspace and Helpdesk.

Formspace: This one is easy. You will receive an email letting you know when a Form needs your approval. The subject will be "Approval Action Required...." You will need to:
  1. Log into Eduphoria
  2. Click on Formspace
  3. Click on the Review tab on the left
  4. Click on an item then Approve or Deny at the top
Helpdesk: Principals have to approve Maintenance (but not Technology) Helpdesk requests. You should receive daily summaries of Requests Pending Approval. To handle these:
  1. Log into Eduphoria
  2. Click on Helpdesk
  3. On the Tickets tab, click on "Pending my Approval"
Click on a ticket in the left column then click in the ticket where it says "Click here to approve or reject this request."
